When placing an order with Banh Mi N' Rice you agree that:
For delivery orders, you must provide a valid delivery address within Banh Mi N' Rice's service area. For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Advance/scheduled orders are subject to Banh Mi N' Rice's available time slots.
Payment is made through the methods enabled by Banh Mi N' Rice. Where cash on delivery or card on delivery is offered, payment is due upon receipt of the order. For online payments, your payment is processed securely by the chosen payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once Banh Mi N' Rice has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Banh Mi N' Rice in line with applicable law.
You agree not to abuse the ordering system, provide false information, or act in a way that disrupts Banh Mi N' Rice's service or staff.
Banh Mi N' Rice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the online menu. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Banh Mi N' Rice may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the online menu after changes constitutes acceptance.
